Restaurant is operated a little poorly (3d ishes that were ordered the same time arrived one at a time with 15min inbetween, waiters not attentive, other than that the hotel is good. Clean with comfy beds and competent personnel at the reception.

We had such an incredible time at the Radisson the staff are wonderful the check in was easy. The breakfast was fabulous. They had a juice bar which you could choose your own fruit and and mint etc and they would make it for you at no extra charge. absolutely loved this. They also helped me. I left something in the room and they went out of their way Above And beyond to find it and I was really grateful for their help, and locating it.

Nice hotel, however, for my visit they were unable to fill up the shower gel, next to my room was some sort of fan that ran on and off which was loud during the night. Poor service in the restaurant, waited 15 minutes to get served before giving up.

The entire property lacks management. I stayed for 9 days and I did not see a hotel manager once!! This certainly shows… from the shocking quality of room servicing/ cleaning to the management of breakfast it is all literally a joke!!!! Eggs take 30 minutes and they arrive inedible.. simple poached egg is either rubber or raw. Twice they had no eggs to offer “ ran out” on a week day at 8am.. how is this possible?! A Radisson property! The breakfast is also the same every single day not even the fruit on offer changes and they don’t even have ability to make a cuppacino… only TERRiBLE vending coffee avail even if you want to pay!!! The towels are thread bear and the rooms are NOT sound proofed even on the 17th floor you hear street noise and elevator noise and other guests. If I had not paid in advance I would have checked out. The sauna was also under maintenance for all 9 days of the stay.. and the staff are just soo uninterested in guests it’s a joke! I told the one I didn’t have slippers in my room I was told to go buy next door at the pharmacy ! Like really?! This hotel is seriously ruining the radisson brand And last but not least shocking WiFi impossible to have a teams meting in your room. Just stay at the Melia ! Avoid!

Precisa melhorar

Pontos fortes do hotel o excelente café da manhã e a limpeza dos quartos. Pontos fracos: 1 - Não fui informado durante a reserva que o estacionamento era cobrado a parte (R$36,00 a diária) e que o manobrista era obrigatório. 2 - Já na chegada o guarda / segurança, ou seja lá a função da pessoa na porta, foi rude comigo e com minha esposa por dizer que eu parei o carro torto. 3 - O serviço de manobrista, aliás, é bem ruim, chegou a formar fila na porta de entrada do hotel por falta de pessoas para atender, ou seja, paguei por um serviço que eu não queira e ainda fui mal atendido. 4 - O atendimento da recepção (que por sinal nem balcão tem) é lento e não muito simpático. 5 - Os travesseiros na cama são muitos altos e desconfortáveis, deixou a mim e minha esposa com dor no pescoço.

Nesta hospedagem especificamente a experiência foi muito ruim. Nada do que solicitamos foi atendido: - pedimos uma cerveja no lanche, veio sem o abridor. Ligamos para a recepção que nos orientou a abrir torcendo - que ia - a garrafa não era de torcer! Insistimos no abridor que demorou tanto que terminamos o lanche com um refrigerante do frigobar - devolvemos a cerveja fechada e mesmo assim foi cobrada; - pedimos a substituição de dois travesseiros - 3 horas de espera e tivemos que ir à recepção; - jantar no restaurante - o prato foi servido frio; - pedimos um café expresso, e depois de muita espera, chamamos o garçon que não olhava para a mesa em nenhuma hipótese - a máquina não estava funcionando e não houve a atenção de avisar. Enfim, uma decepção para o nível de serviço deste hotel que já atendeu bem. Equipe nota 0.
