A Royal Tulip Experience

It's the Royal Tulip, the stay was as expected. Resort type feel when on the property, beautiful pool area and staff are very friendly. Not exactly the "Holambra" experience one would expect, but it is a lovely getaway one would expect from the Royal Tulip brand. The town centre is about a 7 minutes drive from the hotel but not onerous. The area is in farm country, you might get stuck behind a tractor but that adds to the charm.

O hotel tem uma ótima estrutura, limpeza dos quartos e áreas comuns sempre impecável, além de uma equipe muito gentil e solícita. Pra quem viaja com crianças, a área da piscina é incrível - e ainda tem animação com o Tio Careca, que leva a turma pra fazer várias brincadeiras pelo hotel. Não dei 5 estrelas apenas por observar algumas questões pontuais no restaurante. Precisa haver um controle mais rigoroso em relação às moscas no local - nada exagerado, mas em todas as refeições que fizemos houve o inconveniente de moscas voando pelas mesas e pousando nos alimentos. As mesas são sempre mantidas limpas, mas por outro lado as cadeiras mancham e ficam sujas - os assentos são de tecido, impedindo a limpeza rápida. Se fossem de courino ou algum outro material, a manutenção da limpeza seria mais fácil.

비수기여서 일까요.. 음식이 신선한 느낌이 좀 부족해서 아쉬웠어요. 변기 수압이 약한것이 불편했고, 객실과 전체적인 상태는 깨끗한 편이었어요. 입구가 통제되어 있어서 안전한 느낌이 좋았습니다.

O hotel é muito bom, mas o café da manhã poderia melhorar em termos de qualidade (quantidade e variedade grandes, mas a qualidade não foi espetacular quanto a das outras unidades). É preciso se atentar para o pedido dos clientes também. Pedi um berço no quarto e quando cheguei, tarde da noite, com a minha bebê no colo o berço não estava lá. Tive que ligar e pedir a instalação, quer dizer, espera, barulho, transtorno... No mais, o hotel é lindo, limpo e os atendentes muito educados.

Melhor opção para estada confortável em Holambra

Hotel à 5 minutos de carro do centro de Holambra, local agradável e rodeado de plantações. Vista muito bonito do horizonte por estar localizado em uma area mais elevada. Excelente hotel com varios atrativos. Piscina e o Paisagismo são pontos que chamam a atenção. Quartos novos e muito bem equipados. Café da manhã com varias opções e muito bem servido e local muito agradavel entre a vista da piscina e a vista do horizonte. Staff muito simpatico e amigaveis.
