In der Ferienwohnung war alles was man braucht vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und sogar ein paar Lebensmittel bzw. Gewürze für den Anfang sind vorhanden .In den 2 Schlafzimmern sind Fliegengitter, die auch wirklich nötig waren. Im Wohn- Esszimmer haben wir an der großen Flügeltüre selbst einen mitgebrachten Fliegengitter Vorhang angebracht. Dadurch konnten wir bei den hohen Temperaturen auch nachts die Türen und Fenster auf lassen. Eine Klimaanlage ist nicht vorhanden, aber das wussten wir vorher. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war wirklich sehr gut. Wir hatten Probleme mit der Waschmaschine und der Hausmeister kam gleich am nächsten Tag vorbei und hat das Problem gelöst. Schade ist nur das es keine Möglichkeit gibt im schönen Garten mit Aussicht zu sitzen, da der zu den darunter liegenden Wohnungen gehört. Man braucht ein Auto um zum Strand zu kommen oder man ist wirklich gut zu Fuß. Ein Sonnenschirm und ein Strandstuhl ist auch da.

Locale in posizione bellissima, in mezzo al verde e lontano dai rumori del paese, ma allo stesso tempo a pochi minuti dal mare per un piacevole relax in spiaggia. L'appartamento fornisce tutte le comodità di cui si ha bisogno e regala una vista magnifica da poter osservare direttamente dalla cucina, pulito, ordinato e sicuramente accogliente, ottimo per due!

We spent 4 great weeks in this apartment which was perfect for us (family, 2 adults, 2 small children). It is spacious, fully equipped, incl. dishwasher and washing machine, and offers an amazing view over the bay of Marina di Campo. With our children we also enjoyed the area surrounding the house which is located at the end of a dead-end street. So we could walk around and play safely without / only few traffic. It takes some 25-30 min by walking to Marina, or only few minutes by car.

Appartamento grande ubicato in una zona tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al centro e spiaggia. Ideale per una famiglia. Provvisto di tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno con una vista sul mare stupenda. Proprietari dispinibilissimi quanto gentilì. Ci torneremo.

This apartment has ample space for a family. We had 4 adults and 2 children and it was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots, dishes, dish soap, and an Italian coffee maker, etc. The beds were adequately comfortable. The view from the front windows is fantastic and the area where the apartment is situated is very quiet and peaceful. The biggest problem we had were with the mosquitoes. There are no screens on any windows. There is no air conditioning, and would not be needed with the windows open since it cools down nicely at night. The first night, we were eaten alive by mosquitoes. The next nights, we closed the windows, but were very hot and sweating. The apartment could use a couple fans. There were none.

La casa è in una buona posizione, abbastanza fuori dal centro del paese di Marina di Campo da poter godere della tranquillità e del verde, ma anche abbastanza vicina da non risultare scomoda. La casa è grande e ben disposta internamente, in particolare per quanto riguarda il bagno e le camere. Piccola delusione per il giardino, da quel che avevamo letto nell'annuncio, ci aspettavamo qualcosina di meglio

Appartamento ampio e molto comodo per 4 persone, ma con la possibilità di utilizzare due comodi divani letto nella zona giorno che lo rendono ottimo anche per 6 persone. Il bagno è nuovo e fornito di lavatrice. La zona cucina ha una concezione che ci è molto piaciuta, con i vari servizi cucina (fornelli, acquaio) che si "nascondono" dietro delle ante dando sempre un senso di ordine alla grande stanza. La cucina è fornita di numerose stoviglie, ottima per cucinare il pesce fresco che si può acquistare all'Elba! Altra particolarità che ci ha fatto molto piacere: l'appartamento accoglie i suoi ospiti avendo attenzione a che non manchino generi essenziali (caffé, zucchero, sale, pasta, olio...), comodissimo per chi arriva con l'ultima nave e non ha pensato a fare in anticipo questi rifornimenti. L'anta della cucina che conserva questi generi di prima necessità ha un simpatico cartello che chiede agli ospiti di fare attenzione a rifornire questi generi affinché non manchino per gli ospiti successivi! (una catena virtuosa). Specialmente d'inverno si apprezza tanto la luminosità della casa e del soggiorno in particolare, con una grande porta finestra che si affaccia sul golfo di Marina di Campo, da cui nelle nitide giornate invernali si può agevolmente vedere anche l'isola di Montecristo. La casa dista pochi minuti da Marina di Campo ed è un'ottima base per esplorare l'isola. Contiamo di tornarci non appena se ne presenterà l'occasione.

Tre grandi stanze arredate alla perfezione, immersa nel verde e lontana dai rumori del paese, circondata da un bel giardino, con una vista superba sul mare. Massima disponibilità della proprietaria. Soggiorno piacevole, notevole praticità di ubicazione: tutte le comodità di Marina di Campo sono raggiungibili in pochi minuti.

Appartamento luminoso e riposante con una splendida vista sul golfo di Campo. C'è un ampio spazio esterno in cui i bambini possono giocare tranquillamente senza problemi di traffico, le stanze sono ampie e ventilate. La cucina attrezzata. Nel bagno c'è un'ampia doccia e si direbbe appena ristrutturato. Si arriva al mare con 5 minuti di macchina (o una passeggiata di 20 minuti).

Siamo stati qui per il ponte dell'immacolata a giugno, come l'anno scorso. E sempre una certezza. Ormai parte delle nostre vacanze estive con gli amici. La casa, immersa nel verde e distante dal traffico del paese, è grande con le due camere da letto matrimoniali (i letti si possono attaccare) e i due divani/letto in soggiorno. E' comoda perché a 10 minuti in macchina dal centro di Marina di Campo e facilmente trovabile, oltre che dotata di parcheggio provato coperto. E' poi dotata di lavastoviglie e lavatrice, comodissime in vacanza. Che altro dire? Ah si... la vista dal soggiorno: semplicemente stupenda! Come da foto sul golfo di marina di Campo! Che altro dire? Provare per credere... ideale sia per famiglie che per amici... Veronica.
