  • The apartment in Villa with garden is a few steps from the sea (100 m.) With private access to the beach and private parking.
    Located on the 1st floor, it consists of a double bedroom, a double bedroom with a single bed, a kitchenette and a WC with a furnished terrace shower.
    The terrace, with a splendid sea view from which to enjoy exciting sunsets, is divided into two with a separation grid because on the same floor there is another apartment whose staircase leading to the floor is shared.

Wir haben eine Woche in der Villa Andrea verbracht und uns dort wohlgefühlt. Die Aussenanlagen und besonders der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und das Highlight der Unterkunft, die uns auch einen Blick auf das Mittelmeer bot. Die Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten ist sehr einfach.

Beautiful location and property! The pool was always pristinely clean, beautiful landscaping, gorgeous view and sound of the sea, gated, private area, everything we needed for a lovely stay. Andrea and his family are stellar hosts!

Quiet beachfront location.

Very happy with our stay and the responsiveness of our host. Apple Maps will attempt to take you down a road that is gated, so you need to take Via Aliata to get to Via Dei Normani.

Todo perfecto!

Estuvimos muy a gusto, el apartamento limpio y cómodo, terraza con vistas al mar, muy poca gente (éramos 3 familias). Una piscina y un jardín, todo ideal para la familia. La playa con acceso privado a unos metros, donde disfrutar de la puesta del sol. Y Cefalú muy cerca. Lo recomendamos 100%!

Thanks for the great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Domenikas house. The communication and check in has been very easy and super accommodating. The place is right by the seaside and you can hear the waves from the bed. It’s an amazing house to get some quite. I’d certainly recommend renting a car when staying at the house. But overall, would 100% recommend and consider staying again. Thanks for the great time!

Schönes Appartement direkt am Strand

Das Appartment ist klein aber fein. Alles ist sehr sauber und funktionell. Die ganze Anlage (Pflanzen, Pool) ist sehr gepflegt. Die Lage ist außerhalb, man ist also auf ein Auto angewiesen. Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nach Palermo ist es 40 Minuten. Das wunderschöne Küstenstädtchen Cefalu ist 15 Minuten entfernt. Da kann man gut stoppen und essen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Da sie schlecht englisch kann, läuft die Kommunikation über ihren Neffen Andrra. Wir haben mit ihm per WhatsApp kommuniziert. Andrea ist super nett und antwortet innerhalb 1 Minute auf eine Frage. Er gibt auch viele Tipps zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Als Verbesserung / konstruktive Kritik hätte ich 2 Punkte: 1. Bei der Anreise wäre es schön, wenn jemand da wäre und einen kurz rumführt und alles erklärt. So hat es uns doch etwas Nerven und gefühlt 100 WhatsApp gekostet, bis wir alle Zugangscodes und alles andere gefunden und begriffen haben. 2. Eine Basisausstattung mit Salz, Pfeffer, Essig, Öl, Zucker...wäre toll. Kenne ich so aus anderen Ferienwohnungen. Aber das sind wie gesagt nur kleine Anregungen zur Verbesserung. Ansonsten war alles top !!!!

Great and relaxing

Our stay in the house has been wonderful. The house is located directly at the beach and there is anything you need inside the house. The communication with the host has been great. We especially enjoyed the terrace and the view! Off season we would recommend to have a car.

Steps away from a beautiful beach - perfect

Great two day stay after our trans-Atlantic flight into Palermo. Nice apartment and amazing beach to recover from jet-lag! Short drive into Cefalu to visit this amazing city and sample the great food and night-life. A little odd with a shared-terrace upstairs with privacy divider any having to walk by neighbours door- but overall a wonderful stay and well looked after by our hosts.

Ein traumhafter Urlaub

Das Haus liegt direkt am Meer und der Blick von der Terrasse ist atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist gut und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter waren zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und sehr nett! Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

Kleines Träumchen direkt am Meer

Das Haus ( wir hatten das Apartment oben) lag in einer super Gegend und nur 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Die Aussicht grandios. Das Apartment hatte alles wichtige was man benötigt. Auf den Betten konnte man gut liegen und die Sanitären Anlagen waren für Italienische Verhältnisse gut. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich , hilfsbereit und immer per WhatsApp zu erreichen. Waschen konnten wir mit seiner Waschmaschine, was uns sehr entgegen kam. Das einzige was ich an dem Aufenthalt bemängeln würde und gerade das Schlafen angenehmer gemacht hätte, wären Moskitonetze zbs. über dem Bett, da dort sehr viele Moskitos waren und wir gut zerstochen wurden. Da wir in der Vorsaison dort waren, war der Strand fast menschenleer und man konnte die Ruhe und das Meeresrauschen genießen (Wasserschuhe zu empfehlen, da Stein/Sand Strand). Zum nächsten Einkaufsladen ist es mit dem Auto 10 Minuten. Zu Fuß, wie auch mit dem Auto erreicht man tolle Restaurants, mit frischen Fisch und leckerer Pizza. In der Nähe gibt es viele schöne Strände und tolle Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Wir waren vollends zufrieden, hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden aufjedenfall nochmal dort buchen. Ich würde es definitiv jedem weiterempfehlen, der einen Selbstversorger Urlaub mit Naturschönheit, Strand und Meeresrauschen mag.

Was für eine Aussicht! Allein das öffnen der Fensterläden … und dann der Blick … ist die Reise wert. Zwischen dem Haus und dem Strand sind Agaven, Kakteen und Wüstenblumen, keine Straße, nur Natur. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig aber schön, besonders die Fenster und Türen, die Terrasse ausreichend. Die Gastgeberinnen sind sehr liebenswert und zuvorkommend. Sehr zu empfehlen, auch wenn die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etwas weiter weg sind.

Ideale per chi cerca casa a due passi dal mare

L’appartamento si trova all’interno di una villa in un contesto curato e confortevole. L’abitazione ha spazi adeguati per 4 persone (anche 5 in presenza di bambini) e si trova praticamente sulla spiaggia. Pregevole il terrazzino con vista mare. Esperienza piacevole e posto consigliato per chi vuole godersi il mare in totale relax

Bellissima posizione sul mare

Bellissima location, proprio sul mare ed adatta per chi come noi ha famiglia con bambini. La signora è stata gentilissima per tutte le operazioni di check-in. L’appartamento di cui abbiamo usufruito è localizzato al primo piano di una bella villetta che ospita 4 appartamenti. Accanto al nostro appartamento , sempre al primo piano, c’è un appartamento simile con cui si condivide l’entrata sul terrazzo (da cui si accede ai due appartamenti del primo piano). Sul terrazzo si può comodamente mangiare e godere della stupenda vista sul mare. Appartamento pulito e che si è ben adattato per una famiglia con 3 bambini piccoli. Che dire, stupenda vacanza e sicuramente lo terremo da conto per ritornarci.
