「Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient.
My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough.

「Don’t stay at this apartment as it could ruin your experience in Venice. We stayed in this apartment for 3 nights in May 2025 and had the worst experience here.
1. The washing machine was broken when we arrived. We have contacted the host through WhatsApp who promised to fix it the next day. No one ever showed up before we left.
2. The toilet seat was not cleaned as there was dirt on it as we arrived.
3. Broken shower room door. Felt like it has been broken since long ago but no one ever...

「As a world traveler, I expect smaller apartments and tight quarters whenever I visit different countries. In fact, I had just enjoyed a 700 sq ft apartment the week prior in Venice. However, this 1400 sq ft apartment blew me away with its spacious rooms, remodeled bathrooms, COLD A/C and perfect location nearby sights and a water taxi stand. The area is a little off the beaten path, but if you use the water ferry it’s easy to get anywhere you want in Venice. The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
