Adorable & affordable Chalet in heart of White Mountains, view of Pemi river w/ great skiing, swimming, tubing & kayaking. Walk to Covered Bridge Farm Table, (seen on food network) w/ amazing view of Blair Bridge. Close to Waterville Valley, Loon Mtn & Cannon, Ice castles, Hiking, Zip lining, Clarks Trading Post, Whales Tales Water park, Polar Caves & more! Comfortably sleeps 6 kitchen & full bath, Close 2 Plymouth state. Great 4 families and doggies!

The space

The space- This space is a newly renovated single, standing tiny house. There is one queen bed room on the first floor. There is large loft a TV, DVD player with lots of movies. giving you 7 new sink/vanity, new kitchen cabinets, new carpeting, newly painted, This is an adorable unit with lots of sleeping space, a living room, dining area, full kitchen, table for four- including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, full stove/oven and refrigerator. This house comes complete with pots, pans, plates, glasses, bowls, silverware & other utensils. Towels, sheets, pillows, blankets are all included in your stay. Outside & available for use is a basketball hoop, climbing tires and larger yard area with common use fire pit (BYO Wood) and charcoal grill (BYO Charcoal & lighter) ready for some family fun in the White Mountains!!

Overall, a nice little cabin. However cleanliness and lack of proper booking was very poor.

I arrived to the cabin on my check in day a few hours after the given check in time. After not receiving a combination for the lock box in any of the 7 emails leading up to check in day, I had to spend 20 minutes on hold waiting for a 3rd party to get ahold of the tenant so I could access the cabin. Once finally getting access I walked into a cabin that seemed only slightly dirty, until I looked closer and realized all the bedding was stripped of each bed laying in a dirty pile on the floor. Dirty wet towels in a pile of the shower. A trash can in the kitchen with no liner that had food in the bottom growing mold, as well as dirt and sand on the carpeted floor. I immediately got into contact via Vrbo messaging explaining the situation I walked into and was assured that the owners “cleaning lady” would be over that night to take care of things. However the cleaning lady did not come. The property manager did come by around 10pm to open a locked linen closet so we could have clean sheets to sleep on because the cleaning lady wouldn’t be by until the morning at 9am. The next morning we left the cabin to allow the cleaning to be done. At 10 am I received a text from the property manager saying they hadn’t got to our cabin yet but would soon be there; yet another inconvenience keeping us out of the cabin for another 2 hours, letting us back in at noon. I will say after the cabin was cleaned it was a lot more comfortable to stay in however I would not recommend this property due to the lack of proper booking/planning and the very poor display of hospitality.
