「The apartment is excellent. It's lovely. Perfect for a small family. It was well maintained to perfection and has all the amenities required for a stay. We were provided with drinking water which wasmuch needed. Kaiz and other receptionist are quite helpful.」

「This place is such a gem 💎 The staff here are so amazing and friendly and really care about their guests. The facility is nice, new, and clean and has everything a traveler could want. I am definitely going to recommend this place for anyone who plans on visiting Saigon.」

「The room was not as described and not as confirmed in my receipt. Staff only communicated with WhatsApp. It was expensive for the quality. No one is there to help you in a timely manner. There were cigarette ashes on the windowsill, fingerprints on the tv set. There was no minibar as described. A pool was in the listing and confirmed in a text but there is no access to a pool. It’s all inaccurate and not a hospitable experience. It was stressful and it makes me not trustful of Hotels.com
