"No parking in front of the hotel for your vehicle while you check in, underground parking cramped, difficult to enter and exit. Not enough power plugs in room, no USB ports for charging electronics."

"Overall it was really great, just the pool area needed attention, maybe, I'm not an expert! There were a lot of families like us and my goodness there was so much of a strong chlorine fume in the air my 6y old started getting very sick from it drying out his throat and for 2 days both he and my toddler had chemical congunctivitis. We all had a bit of hypoxia and dehydration but hey it was worth it. It all was fine because I'm a nurse and honestly it was such a great stay just that little bit of extra care that I needed to do to was an inconvenience. I will say that there was a major setback the day before, when a baby had a diaper explosion, so if that was the reason i totally understand. Kitchen was excellent, breakfast at 0645 really busy haha thank you guys. Room was amazing. "
