「Wonderful secluded guesthouse on large forested hillside estate close to beautiful Lake Bracciano. Easy access to notable area attractions (with car) including fantastic Etruscan sites at Tarquinia and Cerveteri. Guesthouse has all the amenities for a comfortable stay including a very nice outdoor spa (should you desire to use it) situated in a beautiful surrounding garden. Marco was an outstanding host and we would most definitely stay there again!」

「My husband and I were married at Villa Clodia with 19 guests. The property manager arranged our wedding day perfectly - from the decor, the food, to the amazing staff. All of our guests say that it was one of the best weddings, and I have to agree. Our group stayed for three days in 11 bedrooms, nobody had complaints. If you are thinking of getting married or having an event in Italy, choose this place as you won't regret your decision.」

「Maria is fantastic. Very accommodating, car service was a great way to arrive and get to know her. Beautiful sea views from the living room and bedroom. Comfortable beds, snacks to enjoy and eggs and toast for us to make in the morning. Perfection. She provided us information for a morning walk, roamed the farmers market, and had pizza at Pizzeria La Ternana. Great way to kick off our Mediterranean cruise. Highly recommended! 」

「This is a unique place to stay when site seeing in Italy. The chance to combine a recreational beach vacation with tourism is rare. Our hostess and her staff were particularly accommodating with helpful recommendations to assist with our interest in traditional tourism and access to points of interest rarely seen. 「Large villa with spacious dining and sitting areas. Good five bedrooms with bathrooms. Extensive grounds round the house with dining area under a beautiful pergola. Superb swimming pool. We had a great weeks holiday with 4 couples and 4 small children. We cooked every night for ourselves. Enough room for everybody to be able to relax. Good contact with the owners.」

「What a wonderful time we enjoyed in Viterbo! Paola was a most helpful and communicative host from the minute we booked and she was just as great when we met in person at the check in. The property was ideal and perfectly in keeping with the style of old Viterbo. The apartment has all that one could need for a stay and is cosy without being cramped. We enjoyed every aspect of it and until one stays there the value of the parking space cannot be overstated! We hope we get the opportunity to return...
