"We had an excellent stay! The room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was perfect, with a great selection of delicious food. The view from the rooftop terrace is absolutely stunning and was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, always happy to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"This was a perfect place for me! The accommodation is really authentic and tastefully decorated! The surroundings are beautiful and easily reach other places (villages, mountains, beaches) by car or bike. Contact with the host was easy by WhatsApp, she did everything to make my stay comfortable and gave space to also go my own way. Very good shared bathroom and common room for eating, to be recommended!"

"Great new hostel, all recently renovated and perfectly maintained and cleaned. I’ve had very good stay and would return in future. Worth to notice nice details such as mini-muffins or variety of toiletries (even tooth brush and shaving set!). On the other hand, would be even more comfortable if windows were changed too, because of quite some noise from the outside (or provide ear plugs). Also not sure if room is ventilated when windows are closed. "

"I was a single traveller. The room i was given was large, with a double bed, and ensuite bathroom. For the price i paid, i found it was good value for money - everything i needed was there. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room had wifi access and a tv. I let the host know roughly what time i would be arriving, and he was there, waiting to greet me. "This really is always the best “go to” hotel. The staff are super friendly without exception, the manager has been there forever and always takes the time to say hi. The rooms are super clean, the terrace is a great sun trap and the pool area is fun. I don’t go for the breakfast as i personally don’t like buffets and the feral instincts it brings out in people, but i’m told that it’s lovely and as always the staff there too are great. I definitely recommend Don Miguel for a nice break in gran canaria, it’s not 5 star luxury but it’s a warm welcoming clean, bright place to enjoy playa del ingles"

"The room was not cleaned properly, as there was stuff on the floor and even in the balcony. I do feel it depends on who was cleaning it, as they did the room late. The bathroom was clean well and the bedsheets were shabby but clean andnbath towel were fine. The air conditioning was rubbish to start of with and had to complain twice, but eventually after the third dayit was sorted. But still could have had more power coming through system. But was told there was a issue in that block which was block 2. The lifts weren't on so we had to climb to the second floor which wasn't pleasaThe staff were very helpful and friendly at reception although I found the older ones a bit miserable when asking a simple question. The restaurant had a lot of food but it felt like it was the same dishes everyday but just cook differently and at times cold. Loved the salad and collection of cakes and fruit. The pool restaurant was petty much the same. But always access to drink thoughout the day. The swimming pool was very big and quiet at times. The hotel was situated at a really good spot, where basically all the restaurants, supermarkets and gift shops on your doorstep. The restaurants around the area was responsibly priced & there was so much places to eat out, if you choose half board or breakfast only. The beach to me wasn't appealing and I was happy to stay around the hotel pool. On a whole I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay there again if I went back to Lanzarote."

"Hotel extrêmement bien situé pour la vue sur l'île de la Gomera .Les cocktail du Romy's bar sont parfaits et que dire de la vue wow ! Notre condo avait un énorme balcon donnant vue sur la mer et les collines en même temps . A distance de marche de la plage ( il fait être en forme car c'est toujours en inclinaison) mais sa ce fait bien une vingtaine de minutes. L'état du condos était bien , très propre un peu vieillot mais tout était en état . Nous avons adoré profiter de notre terrasse , de la piscine et du Bar Romy's lors de nos fin de journée de visite . Nous n'avons pas manger au resto car nous étions hors de notre hébergement en journée et mangions a l'extérieur lors de la visite de l'île ."

"Hotel was good. Clean room daily and no problem getting sunbeds around the pool. Food was good with lots of choice in the restaurant. Really helpful staff on reception. No noise at all at night. Only reason I would not return is the close proximity to Veronicas and the rubbish and dodgy people that are in that area. I could not fault the hotel though and we enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. I was arriving late at night past the opening times for dinner and so the staff had prepared a plate of meats cheeses and salad and put it in my room upon arrival. Such a thoughtful gesture that made such a difference! Jorge from the reception staff was amazing and made me feel welcome explaining all the amenities etc. I was in the annex building which was quiet and really clean which was nice to arrive to. I had booked half board and so was paying for drinks the light my stay which were incredibly well priced and honestly cheap, especially for a hotel bar! Sara from the bar was really friendly and made some custom drinks I found online which tasted incredible! When it was time to leave, because my flight was at night, the staff offered free luggage storage, a free shower room to get ready in, and a key card so I could still access the hotel and beach via access gates until I needed to head to the airport. This made all the difference and is such a nice touch that made travelling so much easier. The friendly reception staff were able to call a taxi for me which only took about 5 minutes to arrive and I was able to pay for everything at the hotel, again, such a nice touch to make everything effortless! I can’t recommend this hotel and its staff enough, I will definitely be back!"
