「Fab hotel. We stayed on the level and it was worth it! Beautiful hotel, comfy beds friendly staff」

「Grounds and surrounding areas very well maintained. The rooms need a deep clean and the furnishings need some attention. Area rug old and frayed. Bottom of doors and walls look worn. Bathrooms need a deep clean.」

「We just got back from a two week family holiday 1-14 Aug 2026. Two adults and two children 9 & 11. We stayed in the Adventure Park area but also had access to all other areas. We had a great time. Lots of activities during the day to keep the kids entertained with multiple pools, pool side entertainment and kids clubs etc…We all really enjoyed the evening shows and entertainment. 「Hotel is great location, stayed here 3 x before Always good . Only problem this time was Maintenance work . Only one lift was working Was one 5th floor had to use the stairs most times . When works are finished hopefully the hotel will be back to its normal best .」
