We use a self check-in system to facilitate your stay. We leave the keys in a box next to the door with a code so they can arrive at any time.



Guest Access:

Room 1: One queensize bed

Room 2: Two single beds

Living room: sofa bed



They will be able to use all the spaces in the apartment as if it were their own. The pool is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. (Since at night chemicals are added for maintenance and cleaning)



The Neighborhood:

The area is very safe, the condominium has security 24 hours a day. The guards can help you with anything or any question you may have.



Plazas Outlet (Shopping Center) is walking distance from the condominium. The Walmart supermarket is also approximately 10 minutes away on foot.



Buses pass nearby that can take you to the beach and many of the tours include transportation. Car rental is recommended but not necessary. We have a secure parking space inside the condominium.



Getting Around:

It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport, if you need transportation we can make the reservation for you. It is recommended to rent a car but it is not necessary, you can also take the R1 or R2 bus to get around the hotel zone and you can go to the beach on foot.



Other Things to Note:

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).



Payment must be made by Airbnb to reserve the desired dates. The security deposit is only charged if the apartment is delivered with any damage upon departure.



It is necessary to complete the online check-in form and present an official identification before arrival.
