The beds were comfortable… Room needed a little brightening up with some pictures on the wall. The noise at night from the neighboring restaurant was so loud… I had to turn the television volume up high staff… It’s OK.The pool was clean…

Quiet Residential

Two weeks living in a nice, quiet neighborhood in Cancun. Amazingly quiet; local neighborhoods are peaceful.Great base for making excursions.

Spacious, Relaxing Home

We enjoyed the pool, and always had it to ourselves. Residents are friendly and we felt very safe. The Circle K was convenient for buying coffee, and as a recognizable landmark for taxis and tour pickup point, etc.

Clean, Great Neighborhood, Awesome Host

This house is located in a gated community with 24/7 security. My friends and I felt very safe, and the host was lovely. The house was clean, showers were warm, pool was large, the neighbors were friendly, and we throughly enjoyed our stay. We would stay here again!

This home was great. very clean, well stocked, check in and out exceptionally easy. Kitchen is well equipped, and it's really nice to have nice clean washer and dryer. I would without absolutely recommend staying here

Our stay was fine. Only improvements I would suggest is to make sure the furniture is dusted before each customer and ensure the glassware is clean to use. Also a couple more tv’s would be great but other than that place was good

Safe Location

The host Ricardo was very accommodating for check in and also allowed us to check out late. At one point we needed extra towels and blankets and he delivered them quickly. This is a gated community with security so we all felt very safe staying here. There is a convenience store within walking distance so that is nice.There were a few cleanliness issues and the shower water was cold but other than that we were happy there.

Amazing Property & Host!

Fantastic location and property! Ricardo was easy to contact and even went out of his way and arranged for dinner to be at the house when I arrived! The house is in a gated community with a few convenience stores right outside the neighborhood. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The house is just as spacious and clean as advertised. I’m beyond impressed by the hospitality of Ricardo and very appreciative.

Owner/Mgr very accommodating.

Between Madeleine and Ricardo we didn't have any issues checking in. Also the response time for Any of my questions was immediate. Met Ricardo in person, super friendly. Also we appreciated the security gate. They check everyone coming I'm. Overall, it was a nice stay.

It was great to have a pool for our kids when the ocean was too rough for swimming. We really enjoyed the experience of taking collectivos (#69 especially) and busses, and living away from the tourist crowd. It did take two collectivos or buses to get to most sightseeing locations though, so if you want to be close this wouldn't be the best location unless you take taxis or rent a car. We were really happy with the space for our family of seven, and for how quickly we got a response to any questions or requests.

Fantastic Property

This beautiful property is exactly as shown and is as comfortable as home. The property manager set up our airport transfers and our all of our transportation needs. We were met by Ricardo when we arrived and he went through everything with us. Any additional needs were handled quickly. This is will be our property of choice for our accommodation needs!!

Cute home in Cancun

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was in a great location and I felt safe here. I was concerned about the AC but it worked very well here. It was equipped with drinking water, juice, and fresh fruits. The host was very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would change is we didn’t have any trash bags and the master shower was very messy and the water leaked out the shower. I think it needs a new shower head and a longer shower curtain. Regardless I wouldn’t miss out on the gem.

The property is a gated property with convenient stores and nice restauraunts within a short walk. Ricardo was very helpful and accomodating with all our needs. It is about 20 minutes by car from the beach. We did visit the beach twice during our stay, but also enjoyed the property's olympic sized pool. I did not have gps the first day which is not a good idea as the roads are confusing and not clearly marked. I needed to change my sim card, sold at the nearby convenient store, to activate my phone and gps. All and all a very nice trip and accomodations were wonderful.

Grounds for complaint: Material Misrepresentation (Private Pool) The listing advertised a private pool, which directly influenced our booking decision. The pool is in fact public/shared. Under VRBO standards, listings must be accurate and not misleading. This is a clear violation. Property Not as Described / Below Acceptable Standard The house is old, poorly maintained, with visible cracks and signs of neglect. There were flooding issues, impacting normal use of the property. This does not meet reasonable expectations for a property at this price point. Undisclosed Safety Hazard The stairs are unsafe, particularly for children. This represents a material safety concern that was not disclosed in the listing. Missing Essential Amenity There is no AC in the TV/lounge area, making a primary living space uncomfortable and inconsistent with the listing presentation. Price vs. Delivered Value The property is significantly overpriced relative to its condition, safety issues, and inaccurate description. While the host, Ricardo, was polite and responsive, the issue is not service. The issue is non-compliance with VRBO’s requirement for accurate representation of the property. Policy Basis for Refund Request: Under VRBO’s Book with Confidence Guarantee, guests are entitled to support when a property is materially misrepresented or not as described. Perfect for our family

Our stay was beautiful! The house fit our needs. I loved the little outdoor patio in the house. Our whole family absolutely loved the swimming pool!! Madeleine got life jackets for our kids to use since we could only pack one small personal bag on the plane. Those were a huge blessing!!! There were a couple minor issues with things working in the house, but they got them fixed very quickly. We are generally easy-to-please people, and things like these happen all the time in real life, so it did not bother us. I just mention it to leave an accurate review for other people. We chose not rent a car to get a more local experience for our children. Right outside the gate we took buses 26 or 69 to plaza las Americas and the city center (for ADO bus and Mercados 23 or 28), and from those places we switched routes to other destinations we wanted to visit. We speak Spanish so it worked for us. I’m thinking if you don’t speak Spanish, and therefore probably don’t want to take local transportation, definitely rent a car (assuming you feel comfortable driving there, which we did not, since we are not used to it, and had our children with us). It is not within walking distance to the beach or tourist attractions, but it’s a very nice and friendly gated community! It was a perfect place to stay for our family! We would definitely stay again!
