“20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. ”

“Visited Casa Del Mar with our grown children, 11 total. The house was just perfect. Right on your own little slice of beach. I could have spent the whole week without leaving the property at all. The master bedroom has a private deck, and another bedroom with 2 doubles has a private deck also. We rented 6 mopeds and had them delivered for the week. We drove them north as far as possible out to Isla Blanca, most stunning beach with just a few locals. Drove them to restaurants and grocery, etc.……

“If you're looking to escape from hotels and resorts, this is the perfect place for you!My friend and I rented a car and drove to nearby cities and cenotes, as well as ferry stations where we enjoyed exploring several islands.I even befriended a handsome iguana that I named Pancho. I looked forward to seeing him every morning.”

“This property is private and quiet in a nice community. The yard with the canopy of trees is so beautiful. Comfy beds, good A/C, good linens. Huge tv’s. Kitchen pretty much has what you need. Having an oven is a plus. The pool is cool. Which was perfect for the 32 C temps. It is a property worth staying at for sure. Perfect for families. The owner is a lovely man who answered all our questions and was over to help us with anything we needed. ”

“We loved the place. The house was comfortable and in an excellent location—perfect as a base for a trip to the Riviera Maya. There were plenty of towels, which we really appreciated since we went to the beach (the beach at Puerto Morelos is one of the best) or pool almost every day. The community pool area was great, and we were able to see monkeys and agoutis (sereques) in the surrounding forested areas.Diana was very responsive and helpful with our questions and inquiries.”
