The room was nice and clean. Friendly staff in the building. My only complaints were no hot water for the first night and noises from above sounded like constant door slamming. Over all nice spot for good price.

Overall comfortable place to stay in Cancun. Short drive to the beach, walking is a bit far in the heat or rain. Building looks new except some windows don't have mosquito netting. Staff were quick and helpful

As a first time international traveler Viento Suites was the perfect place to experience both downtown Cancun and the Resort Area both in close vicinity. Staff was very helpful and kind and the room was clean. Hopefully I can stay here again when I return.

Kind staff, near excellent Japanese restaurant

The staff was very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the 4th floor - no elevator - and that was a bit difficult for us (we're retired guys in our late 60e). The location was nice, with an excellent Japanese restaurant less than a block away.

Clean, Cool, Quiet

It is in downtown, 8 minutes' walk to bus station where the bus going to beach hotel zone. nearby there are stores and restaurants which is convienient. What i like most is, room is clean, shower water is hot and has strong power, air conditioner works perfect, kitchen can let you cook something which is good, quiet enviroment, good Wifi. And the staff Casy is very friendly and nice. The price for this suite is very nice.

Everything was great, clean and comfortable. Great restaurant options. It was a quiet neighbourhood and we felt safe walking to the restaurants. We did not get to spend much time there. We arrived late and left very early the next day. The only one thing is that we were three people. There was a sofa bed for the third person but no sheets.

I enjoyed my stay, the room was very comfy and clean. The cleaning lady washed our clothes and even took out the trash when we were away, i had a very satisfied experience and will come again when i come back !
