This is a small but well-equipped studio with a separate entrance, attached to a family home. It has access to the pool and the natural beach overlooking Isla Mujeres. It's an ideal space for one or two people. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette, a full bathroom with shower and amenities, a refrigerator, air conditioning, wiffi, a fan and windows.

Visitors have access to the common areas shared with the family, including a large garage with plastic chairs and table, a grill and parking.

The accommodation is located a few meters from the highway where you'll find public transportation to downtown, the ADO bus terminal and the Hotel Zone. There is also a convenience store and a restaurant within walking distance.
