Common areas, including a tropical garden, are shared with 5 other studios. In the garden you can pick bananas, basil, mint, spearmint, aloe vera and lemongrass (subject to seasonal availability). The common areas have security cameras for safety only; they never invade guest privacy and there are no cameras inside the units.

- Before arrival, we request an official photo ID (a photo of a valid government ID) from each guest who will be staying, along with a signed copy of the condominium rules. This is required to authorize access and to comply with building regulations.
- This suite is on the ground floor and shares common areas (including a garden) with 5 other studios, so some noise from other guests, animals or street traffic is possible.
- You may encounter local wildlife (birds, raccoons, neighborhood dogs, geckos, spiders). Please respect them and avoid leaving food out; we care for the local environment.
- Your stay includes cleaning before arrival and after departure, plus basic welcome amenities (toilet paper, shampoo, soap and essentials). Additional cleaning or restocking during your stay is available for an extra fee.
- For the air conditioning to work properly, please keep doors and windows closed while it is running and do not set the temperature below 21 C.
