Amazing location!

The location of the condo was perfect! It was a short walk from the ADO terminal and super accessible to 3 different grocery stores, local restaurants, and the bus stops to the hotel zone. The condo was as pictured, clean, large and spacious and has everything you need. The pool is on the ground floor and it is small. However, there is a nice little rooftop area for a city view. One caveat is that if you need to do work on your laptop, the height of the bar counter and high bar stool doesn't make it super comfortable. Would definitely recommend.

Bad communication

Booked the trip the week before our stay and never received a link to complete the payment or any communication until 30 check in. When we arrived 8 hours after traveling, we found out the toilet didn’t work. After checking in, we found out there was an “electrical failure” that left the toilets unable to flush and elevators not working. planning to stay At that point, we had to find another place to stay. overall the place was nice in a quiet neighborhood. communication severely lacked and leading to a really bad experience.
