This holiday condominium can accommodate up to two people making it a great choice for couples, honeymoon, anniversary, divers or visiting Puerto Morelos, Cancun and Playa del Carmen

The 538 square feet loft condo on upper floor with Queen size bed, balcony, bathroom, dining/living area and kitchen enjoys a simplistic yet homey design, sure to make visitors feel right at home.

Be sure to taste breakfast and some mexican-inspired dishes in the fisherman town in front of the ocean and the amazing coral reef.

We had a great stay. The property was safe and the condo had plenty of amenities. We cooked a few meals and felt that the kitchen had all of the equipment we needed. The pool was clean, and the view is amazing. Andreas, our host, was very communicative from the moment that we booked our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly.The property is a little north of town and a lot of restaurants. It's a bit of a walk, so plan on renting bikes or a car. The upside to the location is that your stay will be extremely peaceful.

Charming condo by the Sea
We really enjoyed our stay at the property and Andreas is very communicative and provides guests with a comprehensive guide book prior to the stay. He is also available at any time to take care of any issues (the area lost electricity one day and he kept us well informed until it was restored). He checked in with us regularly throughout the stay. It’s important to familiarize yourself with the check in process / instructions prior to your stay especially if you are arriving late / in the dark (which we did). The view of the sea is exactly what you see in the photos and it’s very relaxing on the balcony. The bed is somewhat small for 2 people, but doable. And there’s plenty of storage space to tuck your luggage / belongings. The condo is well appointed and has nice lighting / fixtures. There are just a few areas that could use a little painting / sprucing up. Location was great (~ 30 minute walk into town on the beach or 10 minutes by bike). Thank you Andreas for your responsiveness before and during our stay. Much appreciated and we very much enjoyed our stay!

Amazing view, well situated and clean.
Very good stay. Great communication with the owner Andreas, easily to go at center (groceries, restaurants, downtown) bikes or taxis. Directly on the beach, clean apartment and swimming pool, calm, relaxing and secure environment. Good atmosphere. Hope to enjoy again this place.

Beautiful sunrises, sound of waves, blue water, palm trees and sunshine. We had everything we needed and the boat was so attentive! Just know in this area, the systems can't handle toilet paper, so it all goes in a waste basket. It took a little getting used to, but everything else was great!!!

Amazing condo on the beach
We thoroughly enjoyed this very small condo complex on the beach! The views are amazing. The pool is refreshing and we loved swimming in it everyday. Cushions are provided in the unit for relaxing on the lounge chairs by the pool. The condo is well set up with everything you need and actually quite spacious for a studio apartment. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a small meal and we liked having the toaster oven to re-heat up left overs and the blender to make margaritas. Puerto Morelos is a very wonderful Mexican town with lots of variety of restaurants, some with live music. We cycled into town every night for dinner and felt very safe cycling back after dark. We enjoyed getting to know the other renters and owners in this super cute complex. Andreas was amazing to deal with from start to finish! Communication with him was excellent! We appreciated the gallon of water supplied in the unit. I would highly recommend staying here!

L"immeuble et l'appartement sont très bien entretenus. Tout est fonctionnel. L'appartement est bien équipé. Le balcon offre beaucoup d'intimité et une vue superbe. Perfect little gem
We had an amazing time in Puerto Morelos! This little place was the exact vibe we were looking for. It has beautiful views. You can enjoy the sunrises from your bed or sit outside and have coffee on the balcony. It was peaceful and quiet (except for the sound of waves lapping up onto the beach) It was clean and well appointed with all the basics we needed in the kitchen. You can walk to town via the beach, rent a bike from Andreas, or take the short drive. It’s just far enough away from the downtown, but close enough to it to enjoy it anytime you want. The restaurants were all really good. Our host, Andreas, was so helpful and very quick to reply to questions. He made everything so easy for us. He gave us some great suggestions for restaurants and excursions.
