Sleeping: the studio has four single beds, ideal for friends or a small family of up to 4 guests.



Guest Access:

The building has 2 floors and 8 apartments, with a shared rooftop terrace featuring two palapas, hammocks, lounge chairs, a BBQ grill, a dining table and a bar (open 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM). Out of respect for neighbors, loud music or noise is not allowed after 9:00 PM.



We use self check-in: we send you an access code so you can arrive any time within the established hours, with no waiting. There is no on-site staff, but our team is available by message for anything you need.



The Neighborhood:

The studio sits in a lively, well-connected part of Cancun. An OXXO convenience store is about 1 minute away, a gym 2 minutes, and a pharmacy 5 minutes. A 10-minute walk brings you to Mercado 28 and Parque de las Palapas for local food and a festive atmosphere. Walmart is about 13 minutes on foot. Public transport nearby makes it easy to reach the beaches and hotel zone.



Getting Around:

Catch the R1 or R2 bus nearby to reach the beach and hotel zone, and taxis are easy to find on the corner avenue. Your concierge can arrange private transportation on request.

Other Things to Note:

Before arrival, a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID is required for every guest to authorize access. The studio is part of a condominium with shared common areas, so you may occasionally hear neighbors, traffic or pets. For security, there are visible cameras in the common areas only; none are placed where they would affect guest privacy. This is a quiet building: no loud music or noise after 9:00 PM.
