While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). Pool been shut for 2 years and Heath Spa now shut as well. Breakfast was really quite good. Location suited us as was a short walk to event we were attending nearby.」
