“Beautiful hotel”

“Reception staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a room with less stairs. Breakfast was superb and service excellent.”

“The room and en-suite were lovely - beautifully appointed and very quiet. Just what we needed. The staff went out of their way to help. There are three car parks and we had no trouble parking. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for every taste. There are three restaurants, The Ocean, The Steak House and Buho (serving Mexican food). Sadly, The Ocean was only open one night during our four night stay as the fish dishes there were excellent. Seemed such a shame as Guernsey is……

“Our room was up in the attic & extremely small with a tiny window. I complained & was given a slightly larger room with a bigger window. The bed was small which my partner & I found quite uncomfortable.”

“A lovely hotel in a good location. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly and very good at their jobs. Loved the breakfast and we had a couple of meals in the evening, which didn't last long on the plate and were good value. The gardens are beautiful and peaceful, ideal for relaxing and having a couple of afternoon drinks. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I next visit Guernsey”

“Big spacious hotel with good amenities, great breakfast choices and friendly staff. Loved the free use of the spa facilities during our stay. The room furniture is dated and with no room aircon so it can get hot at night but that’s the only criticism.”

“This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports.”
