「Beautiful hotel」

「Reception staff were extremely helpful and moved us to a room with less stairs. Breakfast was superb and service excellent.」

「The room and en-suite were lovely - beautifully appointed and very quiet. Just what we needed. The staff went out of their way to help. There are three car parks and we had no trouble parking. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of food for every taste. There are three restaurants, The Ocean, The Steak House and Buho (serving Mexican food). Sadly, The Ocean was only open one night during our four night stay as the fish dishes there were excellent. Seemed such a shame as Guernsey is...

「Very close to the town, spacious room with a harbour view from the balcony, staff were extremely helpful. Only downside is the background music playing in the restaurant, which after seven days became very tiresome.」

「The bedrooms on the top floor did not have black out curtains as described on the site. They had vertical blinds that rattled all the time the windows were open making it hard to sleep and very light in the room. It was very hot during our stay - hence the need to keep windows open.」

「A one night stay prior to flight - excellent airport location. Sizeable heated o/d pool with adult only sessions. Good sized room with large bathroom including large walk in shower. An early start necessitated a continental room breakfast - a sizeable feast, better than many in house breakfasts!」

「The hotel is in a Great location with stunning views of the sea and sun set. The staff where great and the food was excellent. Some storage area was very hard to access, the bathroom needs a redesign, It was so badly laid out that when you sat on the toilet you had to be VERY careful not to burn yourself on the VERY hot towel rail, ( I did once) Towel rail was to close in front of you.
