「All the staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The service was great too. The hotel is in a gorgeous quiet spot surrounded by trees with beautiful gardens. It's conveniently located for St. Peter Port, either to walk the cliff path or use local buses. I have coeliac disease and the care taken with making sure I had gluten free food was very good, I really appreciate this. We enjoyed the Mexican restaurant which is open Tuesday to Saturday. 「The Imperial Hotel was fantastic we have had a lovely time on holiday . The cleanliness was amazing and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. The food was great plenty of choices for breakfast and dinner 」

「The hotel staff are excellent. They are very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The hotel is comfortable, if a little dated. You need to let them know if an accessible shower is needed as many rooms have a bathtub shower. The food is available until late evening and the bus stop to town is across the road, while the return stop is just a house away.」
