*Living Room 1 & 2*:
As you step inside, the living room welcomes you with a perfect blend of comfort and aesthetics. Sink into the plush sofa or lounge on the bean bags, surrounded by the calming greenery visible through the large windows. Enjoy your favourite shows on the TV with an Amazon Fire stick, stay connected with high-speed WiFi, and bask in the natural light reflected by a stunning large mirror. The room is adorned with plants, creating a refreshing ambiance. Need a quick pitstop? There's a common washroom conveniently located for your comfort. The open balcony beckons, offering an uninterrupted view of the forest – a serene escape right at your doorstep.

*Kitchen 1 & 2*:
Step into our open kitchen, a culinary haven designed for both functionality and style. The expansive bar counter and chic bar chairs create an inviting space for gatherings. Equipped with a fridge, microwave, induction stove, hot water kettle, and an Aquaguard, our kitchen is ready for your culinary adventures. Find everything you need in the well-stocked cabinets – from basic cooking utensils to elegant serving plates, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. We've also provided cleaning supplies for your convenience.

*Bedroom 1 & 2*:
Your cozy sanctuary awaits in Bedroom 1. The king-size bed and mattress promise a restful sleep after a day of exploration. Adjust the temperature to your liking with the AC and fan. Ample lights illuminate the room, showcasing the carefully curated paintings and green companions. Step onto the open balcony, where large windows frame the picturesque forest, creating a tranquil escape just beyond your doorstep. The common bathroom, accessible from both the bedroom and living room, ensures everyone's comfort.

*Bedroom 3 & 4*:
Prepare to be captivated by the grandeur of Bedroom 2. This spacious enclave features a king-size bed with a plush mattress, side tables, AC, and fan. Natural light floods the room through large windows and doors, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding forest, mountains, and lakes. Connected to the terrace, this bedroom unveils a private deck – a secluded spot to savor your favorite cup with unparalleled panoramic views. The attached bathroom adds an extra touch of convenience and privacy to this already luxurious space.

Other things to note
This two units of two-bedroom penthouses haven boasts a unique layout, with one bedroom on the entrance floor and another accessible through a charming spiral staircase. The terrace floor also features an observation room, open deck, and bar area with a panoramic view of the mangroves through a large window.

Equipped with all the modern amenities, including a small kitchen for light cooking, "Mangrove Haven" ensures a comfortable and memorable stay.

Now, let's acquaint you with our house rules:

Disclaimer : NO KIDS allowed in this particular listing. However, prior discussion with the host to understand certain rules before exceptions if agreed to terms. We do not provide any F&B and consumable related items that we may eventually be responsible for post repercussions. Entire unit has 2 geysers only in the lower bathrooms. We do not provide personal hygeine related items to avoid causing alergies. While Goa has a lot of load shedding, we do have power back ups for everything but the ACs wouldn't function due to high voltage.

1. *No Smoking Indoors*: Smoking is not permitted inside the house when windows are closed. Feel free to enjoy the balconies with stunning views and watch beautiful birds. Any lingering smells at checkout may incur charges of INR 3000 for deep cleaning.

2. *Energy Conservation*: Kindly switch off lights, geysers, and ACs when not in use or when away to save energy.

3. *Home Delivery Hours*: Home deliveries are allowed until 10:30 or 11 pm. After this time, guests are requested to collect orders from the main gate.

4. *Pool Timings and Dress Code*: The swimming pool is open until 6 pm. Please adhere to the appropriate swimming dress code. Also the pool is owned, managed and maintained bythe society. Host has no involvement in that. It's just a facility provided for all guests if they wish to use it or not.

5. *Housekeeping Charges*: Mid-stay housekeeping is chargeable at Rs. 500 per cleaning, the owner provides cleaning services only at check-in.

6. *Linens and Towels*: Changes are available on request with additional charges of Rs. 500.

7. *Laundry Access*: Washing machine access is available on request with a fee of Rs 1000 during entire stay.

8. *Property Damages*: Guests will be charged for any damages to the property on an actual cost basis.

9. *Parking*: This apartment offers one Car Park. Dedicated parking is at C-1 303/304. Parking elsewhere is subject to society rules and charges of 2000 Rs fine.

10. *Housekeeping*: Please leave the dustbin outside the door in the morning before 10am for housekeeping to clear the same.

11. *Checkout Timing*: Kindly adhere to the 11:00 am checkout time to allow our team two hours for preparing and cleaning the space for the next guest.

12. *Key Responsibility*: Guests are requested not to lose the keys, and a fine of INR 5000 will be charged if this situation arises.

13. *Noise Levels*: Keep the volume low after 11:00 pm as we are in a gated community.

14. *Guest Belongings*: Management and caretakers are not responsible for guests' personal belongings. A wooden wardrobe is provided for storing vanity items.

15. *ID Proof*: Every guest is required to carry a valid Government Issued Identity Card which indicates address proof, as it is mandatory for check-in.

16. *Early Check-in*: While early check-ins are generally not possible during peak season, some requests may be accommodated based on the situation.

17. *Cooking Odors*: Kindly avoid cooking food that leaves heavy odors, ensuring a pleasant experience for the next guest.

18. *Some hygiene rules*. Charges of 1000Rs applicable if the sand is bought into the apartment and found on any upholstery. It is a very difficult task to deep clean and remove sand and imagine the trouble host and next guest would face.

19. *No visitors allowed apart from the ones who have booked the Airbnb. Last minute additional guest shall be charged as per host.

20. *A refundable security deposit of Rs 5000 INR is applicable. Full refund is subjected to no damages and other charges if any.*

PS : We do not entertain any illigal or morally unethical activities in any of our Airbnb listings. If found, then the management will not be responsible and shall involve concern authorities.
