“We arrived early for check in so our suite wasn’t ready, but the staff provided us with a welcome drink, changing facilities and looked after our luggage whilst we went straight to the beach! Throughout our stay we felt extremely welcome, the staff couldn’t do enough for you and interacted with us at every opportunity. We never needed to open a door for ourselves and everyone smiled and said hello. The suites were immaculate and cleaned daily. The complimentary breakfasts were really good and……

“The staff where excellent, always there always helpful and always with a smile. The standard room was of good size with plenty of draw and hanger space. The only draw back was the swimming pool small and inside out of the sun. Otherwise everything else was very good and we had a very enjoyable holiday”

“I personally did not have a pleasant stay at this hotel. the room was not great as the ceiling fan was almost falling off the ceiling. it's definitely not what you see on the website. I decided to move hotels after the 2nd night and the hotel would not refund the rest of my money. I reached out to hotels.com and they were not able to assist. I'm hoping hotels.com would reconsider and provide a refund for the nights I didn't stay as I had to move to a better hotel and now paid for 2 hotels. I'm a……

“Couldn’t get beds at the pool 1 day. Not many facilities by pool. Cleanliness very poor in pool toilet:shower ”

“We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.”
