「Great place to stay the staff are excellent the infinity pool is great we had a wonderful five nights there 」

「Do not be fooled by the amazing pictures and very grand entrance. After that, it is at best a 3 star hotel. The site has been over developed, so there is a pool, but nowhere really to relax other than your room. The room was clean and modern and nice. The view was just tops of buildings. We had booked a package that included upgrade, beers, dinner, snacks, On arrival, the check in person just wanted to upgrade us to another room, until I pointed out an upgrade was included in the package....

「Straight out of pinterest!」

「Breakfast was good and the staff were really helpful!」

「Super friendly staff, my room was ready early so I could check in straight away. The staff will sort anything out for you. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Excellent value for money.」

「Truly exceptional… We love to travel and have done our fair share of mid to high-range hotels across Europe/USA/UAE and can safely say the service at this hotel has been the best we have ever experienced. The level of helpfulness, sincerity, professionalism and friendliness was genuinely outstanding. This was our first visit to India and we were looking for a traditional hotel with heritage and character; Casa Severina was perfect, such a wonderful place with amazing staff and an excellent...

「Very sad to say room service was very poor and not up to the mark. 」

「We recently stayed at the Ibis Calangute while in Goa for some very sad family business, and I cannot speak highly enough of the hotel and its staff. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible during a difficult time. The standards set by the manager were clearly very high. He regularly took the time to greet us personally and check that everything was okay, and the team he led followed his example with warmth,...

「Great stay!」

「It was the worst place we have ever stayed even though we have stayed here before the boys were none existent at times room room had not been cleaned no fridge when they did bring one it wasn’t even good enough for the tip no kettle but got one EVENTUALLY minus cups bathroom was overrun with ants wardrobe stunk wouldn’t put my clothes anywhere near them left in case. Balcony was very run down. We only booked in for 3 nights till we found somewhere else but only lasted two night. if Renzo had...

「I booked for 6 nights but after just one night I booked 9 more. I had already been to 5 cities in India and was tired so just wanted to unwind. I loved this guesthouse. It's less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room had a fridge which was great. The host Manuel was really accommodating and helped me book my taxi to the airport. It's really peaceful but just down the lane you'll find restaurants and shops. You can eat at the beach shacks but obviously that costs a bit more as you're on the...
