「Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was well stocked. I love the refillable supplies instead of sample size throw away ones. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet had a wide verify of foods to choose from. We had a U-Haul trailer and the over flow parking area was helpful for that.」

「It reminded me of the Bates motel! It was just a very old small type motel that reminded you of something that was built. Maybe in the '80s or even in the '70s. It wasn't horrible but it wasn't what I was expecting at all. We didn't really need help from the staff but they were helpful when we did check-in and needed a few things」

When checking in they told me because i arrived late it was the only room they had left (yes i had reservations they gave my room to someone else yes they knew i would arrive late) The air conditioner didn't work, the fridge didn't work. Theysaid they would refund me if they couldn't find me another room then refused.」

Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time...
