The room was clean; however, had some issues with the air condition. The breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the process of a remodel, thank goodness because my room needed it. The bathroom was was awful. There was mildew throughout the shower in the caulk. The wallpaper was coming off and the sink faucet leaked where it connected to the countertop. The staff was nice and helpful and I felt safe.

The entire second floor is being renovated but the desk clerk sent us there anyway. The room smelled of mildew, the curtain wouldn't draw and the A/C wouldn't work. We brought the desk clerk up to look at the room and she put us on the third floor. The room was nicer, but the TV control was malfunctioning and the in-room coffee maker wouldn't work. Breakfast was OK.

Wonderful staff, friendly and accommodating at check-in. At check-out I received a friendly greeting while I dropped my key. Breakfast was excellent as well. Comments on property: I found two bugs in my room, I think the changing weather drove them inside but I would encourage increased pest control efforts.

Hotel is undergoing renovations so hallways were dusty & covered in tarps. The entrance is moved to the back door of the property & as a solo traveler arriving late at night it felt a little unsafe. Room was clean but definitely dated (I’m sure the renos will fix this!) Staff was friendly & check-inn process was efficient.

The hotel is currently under renovations. My room did not have a working shower - I arrived late and departed very early. Management onsite indicated I would get a refund for the inconvenience. However, the next day the "senior" leader indicated I would get "points". This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton / Hampton Hotel. I trust the right people will make this right.
