“It was incredible in every way. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful & kind & called water taxis for us & answered any questions we had about the area. They made our 2 nights in Venice much easier as I was traveling with my parents who have some Mobility issues. Our private terrace was so picturesque & perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. “Great place to stay in Venice and so easy to get to. Super comfy beds and pillows!! Sofa could be more inviting since the tv is in the kitchen and you want somewhere to relax after a long day walking. Toaster didn’t work but that didn’t really affect us. Says bottted water available on the advert but there was none!! I would definitely comeback and stay again. Thank you for a great service and trip. ”
