The room I had was beautiful with a gorgeous view of the canal. The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was incredibly responsive and helpful with local advice and suggestions.

Location is amazing, view of the canal is beautiful. Room was comfortable. We didn’t like that you couldn’t control the AC, it was living it’s own life adjusting temperature on its own. staff in on the site only in the morning, there were smell of the cigarettes in the room, when we arrived, we had to open windows and a lot of mosquitos get in. There was not enough paper and no feminine products available in the room or anywhere in the hotel.

The room was quiet, clean and well located. The front desk staff were helpful. The room was done in dark fabric, the walls, the windows, the headboard. It was a bit overwhelming. The room was small and lacked adequate surface area for our things.

The hotel and room are okay. Central location and the AC was refreshing after a long hot day. I would strongly recommend reading the hotels responses to reviews, very rude and condescending. Calling guests ignorant and many other insults. I did not experience this myself as I didn’t interact with staff other than asking for extra towels, but I was appalled.

L’emplacement est idéal à proximité immédiate du pont du Rialto et au centre de Venise. L’accès depuis l’aéroport est simple. La chambre est spacieuse bien équipée et le personnel est très aidant et accueillant. Nous avons oublié des papiers importants. Ils nous ont été expédiés immédiatement. Vous pouvez y aller en toute confiance.

Our stay at Ca’ Amadi in Venice was a mixed experience. Our room was very clean, and the bathroom was excellent—spacious, spotless, & well maintained, the air conditioning was great; and it has a good location. This is why I am giving the hotel 3 stars rather than a lower rating. Unfortunately, there were several things that disappointed us. The entrance to the hotel was through the back of a shared/ common patio area, which honestly looked sketchy when we first arrived. We did not see this entrance represented in the description or photos when we booked. The room we received also looked nothing like the room pictured when we made our reservation, which was disappointing. In addition, the room had a noticeable cigarette smell, despite being very clean. We also had issues with some of the basic conveniences. The iron did not work, and several of the electrical outlets were not working (we had the correct adapters), which was frustrating during our stay. The host was responsive whenever we had questions. However, we did not find the hospitality particularly welcoming. We were never greeted with cordiality & we were not given any orientation or information on whether there were any amenities available to guests. Overall, the cleanliness and the spacious bathroom were definite a plus, but the experience did not match what we expected based on the listing and photos.

At 12:30 AM C'aAmadi courtyard gates were locked + there was NO SIGN identifying it. Desk is empty after 4 pm. You need to hire a porter to carry heavy luggage over two bridges. My apartment did not include toilet paper or clean towels, though I was staying just a few nights. "Kitchen" had only one teaspoon and the only pans had their non-stick coating scraped off. No counter space except for dish-drying area. No privacy: After dark you can see right through the curtains.
