Welcome in this splendid apartment with generous volumes and located only one minute walking from the convention centre!

You will find it on the second floor, without lift, of a well-kept building on Rue d’Antibes. On the same floor, you will also find Clic 20, its twin brother.



It has been fully refurbished and decorated by an architect with luxurious furniture.



The living room is roomy and trendy.

The design kitchen opens onto the living room and has everything you need to make a delicious meal.



There are two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (that can be turned into a double).



Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Please note that the bath in the master bedroom is not working.



The apartment has an independent toilet.



The property boasts everything required in terms of comfort, plus a pleasant decor and a great location.
