“We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. “WOW! This apartment is fantastic. Arguably the best view in Cannes, out to the fountain and the square with the old town and the castle as the backdrop. Nice, clean, modern interiors and friendly management. Primary bedroom was especially nice with big bathroom and walk in wardrobe. And the location! Straight out onto the Rue D’Antibes for shopping heaven, a fun atmosphere, sooo many restaurants and my favorite ( tres chic ) beach La Majestic, so close!”
