Palm Beach marks the quieter extension of the Croisette, where Cannes meets the open sea. Locals gather here for beach walks, water sports and evenings along the coast, with views stretching toward the Lérins Islands.

Only 50 meters from the beach, this apartment offers one of its greatest assets outdoors: a large 50 m² terrace facing the Mediterranean. From here, the islands appear just beyond the horizon, creating a perfect setting for long Riviera evenings.

Inside, the apartment features a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and espresso machine.

Two bedrooms accommodate up to four guests: one double bedroom with its own bathroom, and another bedroom with two single beds. A second bathroom is also available.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning throughout, while the beaches and restaurants of Palm Beach are only moments away.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
