Sensational sea view, at the foot of the beaches and the port of Cannes

  • New in Cannes, February 2020.
    Like nowhere else…
We imagined it ... you will live it ...
    Assured crush…

Sensational view, splendid apartment type T3 of 57 M2 fully air conditioned sea view 1st line directly overlooking the large sandy beaches of Cannes Midi.

Located in the heart of the Cannes seaside resort, 10 mins walk from the Pantiero port and 15 mins from the Palais des Festivals in an excellent guarded residence.

A 15 m2 panoramic terrace offers a breathtaking view of the first rays of sunshine that touch the Mediterranean until the last ray on the horizon.
    East / South orientation.

Very contemporary renovations by a Lyonnais architect, it benefits from all the priorities necessary for a simple and pleasant daily life.

Resolutely practical and well thought out, it offers luxurious services. All rooms can be separated by a door.

You arrive in a very beautiful entrance on the 6th floor…

The living room, a beautiful living room with large picture window, a pure wonder full sea view with long table for 6 guests, 140 cm closet bed excellent bedding, sea view; high-end kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances (LV, induction hob, oven, MW, fridge / freezer, LL / SL, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster ...

A cozy and warm living room with a refined sofa and its ultra-comfortable chaise longue to take advantage of a solitary relaxation area; a 160 cm Murphy bed for a dream room with sea view.

A cocooning room, delicate, zen, allows you to recharge your batteries, 140 cm bed, excellent bedding, a beautiful desk for your work corner.

In total 1 bed 160 cm and two beds 140 cm.

A designer bathroom with Italian shower, cabinet with drawers, plenty of storage space, heated towel rail, hairdryer.

    An independent WC.

The formula is all inclusive: beds made on arrival, bathroom linen, household linen and cleaning products.

Rates from 600 € / week in low season to 1,600 € / week in very high season

Cleanliness and your comfort a key factor in my satisfaction.

A private garage 5 mins walk from the apartment (on another residence).

At the foot of the residence, the beaches, beach shutter, a landscaped park with trees…

Everything is there to meet your expectations, whether it be the beach, shopping, gastronomy, well-being…

    Cannes… a city to live in…

Apartment on 6 floor with amazing views of the sea from a beautiful balcony. Bed very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and everything works. Only a short walk to Forville market and plenty of restaurants around. The beach is just across the road.

Wonderful Location - Fabulous View

We booked a three-week stay here primarily on account of the view shown in the listing from the balcony. It certainly did not disappoint. Stunning vistas and the constant sound of the waves on the Plages du MIDI rolling in were a constant delight - as were the mourning doves that would occasionally perch on the railing. It truly was magical! We were a bit surprised that the apartment is smaller than anticipated but this was my fault for not converting meters into feet! The unit is well-appointed with practically everything you would need. We regularly took advantage of the kitchen and it was a treat to be able to do laundry! This rental is absolutely perfect for a two guests. If you have more than that please note there is only one “true” bedroom as the other two beds are Murphy Beds located in the living salle and in the kitchen. There are sliding doors for privacy, and we had no issue with this - but some might not be comfortable with this particular set-up. Still….everything was perfect in our opinion. We loved “our home” in Cannes. The parking space is located across from Parc de Mistral. We found it a bit scary since our rental was bigger than we’d anticipated. If you’re renting a car stick with a compact - or try to take advantage of the FREE open-air parking lot at the nearby Grand Parking de la Plage. We’d not hesitate to recommend this rental and have so many wonderful memories from our stay here!
