Located right by the Banane and only 2 minutes from the train station, you can quickly reach the Croisette, the beaches, the shops and the Palais des Festivals, while enjoying a lively and convenient neighborhood atmosphere with local shops, cafés, and everyday amenities nearby. Brand new to the rental market, this apartment has just been fully renovated and is welcoming its very first guests. The apartment, located in a quiet residence, offers 35 sqm of air-conditioned living space designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Sleeping arrangements include a double bed in the bedroom, a single sofa bed in the living area (the green armchair, which converts into a comfortable single bed), as well as a bunk bed: the lower bunk and the upper bunk, the latter recommended for children aged 6 years and over.

The bright living room is perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or attending conferences. It features a sofa, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and opens onto a pleasant balcony, ideal for enjoying Cannes evenings.

The open and functional kitchen is fully equipped for a practical and comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The bedroom offers comfortable sleeping arrangements, while the bathroom includes a shower and toilet. An iron, ironing board, and hairdryer are also provided for added convenience.

An ideal pied-à-terre for both leisure and business travelers, just minutes away from Cannes’ main points of interest.

At UPSTAYS, we believe in a balance between freedom and respect for the apartment, for the teams who prepare it, and for the neighborhood that surrounds it.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:

- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:

Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge

Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge

Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
