「Firstly, must write about bathroom, Expedia officially mentioned there are 2 bathrooms, but in fact, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. There are no running hot water from 3rd night to next morning without any notice. Me and my staff had to use cold showers in the morning in December. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. "Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). No replace the bottle of waters. For the breakfast and front desk I think overall was pretty nice. Stella shows our room and give brief introduction about the hotels. The location is nice. "
