「The welcome by being collected on the beach and having our luggage taken to the room was a nice touch. The room itself was clean and the view was gorgeous. We were disappointed with the general service, particularly in the hotels restaurant. We booked a table on the first evening and it wasn't ready when we arrived, with the staff seeming stressed at our arrival. We were sat down 15 minutes late and the food took over an hour to arrive, during which time we were not visited once by the staff...

「Mariadelia welcomed us to the hotel with smoothies and refreshing towels. She was such an angel our whole stay. She anticipated our needs, answered our questions, and helped us book activities. I hope she gets paid highly because she certainly deserves it! We also loved talking with the bartender, Diego who was a sweetie. One of the chefs, Randall also came over and took a picture of me and my husband without us having to ask. Everyone on staff clearly works hard to upkeep this lovely getaway....

「The staff was very helpful and friendly. She coordinated a boat ride back to Sierpe plus a ride to the beach. The air conditioning and warm showers felt SO good after our overnight in Corcovado! We also had a private deck with a view of the trees and some parrots hanging out! Wish we had been able to stay longer!」
