「Amazing stay !We love this place so much - we were a family of 3.We enjoyed the location & the surroundings.We were welcomed by a sloth, iguanas, monkeys...The fact that the house is fully opened towards outside makes it really atypical but lovely (for us !)We spent much more time there than what we thought. Even during green season where rains & thunder can happen in the afternoon, it was a lovely place to hear the noise of the rain, read a book and lye on the hammock !We highly recommend this...

「We enoyed our stay so much. We didn't miss a day enjoying the pool and being in the backyard. Early each morning we enjoyed the toucans that would visit as well as many other species of birdlife. The was very clean with an open floorplan. Plenry of room for our group of 11. The kitchen was stocked wirh everything we needed to cook as well as a large freezer and refrigerator. 「Waking up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk right onto the beach from the yard is wonderful. The staff at Zuma Tours are very nice and helpful. The house is within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, bars, shopping....pretty much whatever you may want/need. Being so close to everything, you can sometimes hear the goings on in town but it didn't bother us. We really enjoyed our stay at Ivan's House. Montezuma is a laid back beach town that is an excellent place to get away....
