From a single mom of two high energy kids, this was exactly what I was hoping for on my vacation. And being an American, it was a perfect stay in such a beautiful country. Absolutely perfect!”

There’s a kettle and a few types of tea inside the room, and the breakfast is more than good enough for me. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Knighton. It’s just a small town and so it’s within walking distance to all main attractions.”

Olivia was great, she was welcoming, friendly, and went out of her way to make us feel accommodated, the zip wire, archery and axe throwing activities were great fun for our children. “This hotel provided a reasonably sized and comfortable room. The bathroom, although a bit small, was well-organized, making it convenient for guests. The breakfast was excellent value for money, offering a variety of hot food options. However, the bathroom had a very unpleasant smell that persisted throughout our entire stay of six days. I suspect it was coming from the shower curtain fabric or the sewer line. Additionally, the bathtowels were not made of cotton.”

“Everything and everyone at The Baiting House is almost perfect. The hot tub was clean and hot, the lodge was clean but too warm! The bed comfy and the facilities adequate. Could have done with a little more privacy around the hot tub. Some people were walking their dog off lead and it wasn’t controlled and worried our dog but other than that all was good. The food in the restaurant from breakfast to dinner was delicious. Could not have asked for better. Will be returning as soon as possible! ”
