“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. Then I was going to take it back to the room, but he said……

“The staff is amazing! The male manager was there both days we stayed and he was so nice... the female desk clerk that was there both days until 11pm was incredible. The maids were all so nice. The breakfast was awesome! We didnt swim but the pool looked great and in a very relaxing atmosphere. Our dog enjoyed his stay too! Clean rooms... decorations are a little outdated but i kinda liked that because everything was still so clean! Would highly recommend. We will be staying here when we go to……
