Gracious hosts, comfortable beds, and easy walkability to City Centre make this property a worthwhile place to stay. The hosts are quite knowledgeable about the area, with wonderful suggestions on both sights and food. Check in and out could not be easier. And it’s a quick walk from Canterbury West Station.

Lovely guest house - clean, tidy and well run. You get your own key so you can come and go as you please. Parking around the back for guests. Good choices for breakfast (declared the night before) for all dietary needs. Seating area outside in the garden was nice. Covenient for the city - 10 minutes walk along the river, Sainsbury's and cinema nearby and 10 minutes drive to Park Run at the University.

I’m so pleased we chose this place for our weekend away. We were greeted by Sandra, who was incredibly warm and welcoming, and she showed us to our room, which was spotless and a great size for two people. We were given our own keys, so we could come and go whenever we liked. The guest house had a lovely, homely feel and was peaceful throughout our stay, making it the perfect place to relax. The location is excellent too—just a 10–15 minute riverside walk into the city centre, making it ideal for exploring the shops and local attractions. I would highly recommend staying here.
