「When we wrote our host to ask for check in instructions at 2:30 (for 4:00 check in that same day) we were informed we couldn’t be hosted due to repairs?? It would’ve been fantastic to have some advanced notice/communication about this so we weren’t surprised and left to find wifi/book a hotel close to the airport. Not quite the high point to end our trip on after a long drive. I couldn’t appropriately rate the location/cleanliness etc so to be fair I gave those 5 stars. She did refund our money...

「We loved the property. It was quiet and relaxing. The amenities, especially the infinity pool, were better than we could have asked for. The check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and the property manager responded to any inquiries we had. Being close to Carara national park as well as Jaco made the location ideal. We especially enjoyed all of the wildlife we were able to see from our terrace and from walking around the property. We plan on returning.」

「Check in was difficult both when I initially arrived and when my husband arrived a week later. The first time the owner did not give the property the right info and later the guards did not have the right info, they record phone numbers in a shared phone/whatsapp but then they lost the original check in info. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay in this condo in Costa Rica. There was plenty of room for the five of us with all the amenities we needed. The condo was in excellent shape and very nicely appointed. It is walking distance from several excellent restaurants, a grocery store and a few other shops like a pharmacy. The area is very nice, clean and felt very safe. Highly recommended. 」

「As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. 「We were a family of 6 adults. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, the park and major highways. The host, Iair, was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely book again.」

「Great, awesome, reliable & secure place to b at.」

「I have friends in the Central Valley and Guanacaste. I travel to both coasts in consideration of purchasing property. They also visit me on occasion. My primary goal for this stay was dental implants and stem cell treatment. I'm very pleased with both and the property. Comfortable bed and loved the very private patio. La dueña communicated and followed up nicely regarding minor issues. I would recommend this place without hesitation.」

「My brother and spent three weeks in Grecia in a house and the owners/managers were just great, everything was either there or if we needed something it would be there shortly after we called with the request . Super friendly people all around and I am already planning to go back for a longer visit,」
