“The house was spacious and clean, the kitchen was large and fully equipped. The kingsized bed in the master bedroom was large and comfortable with a great morning and night view. The pool was as advertised: very nice temperature and large enough for a family. The TV worked well with many channels but we did not use it.Eunice, the local property manager, was quickly responsive to text and phone communications.We enjoyed our time at Villa Serenidad immensely.”

“Before everything I want to be clear that the property manager that lives on site-Adilia, is so nice and wonderful! With that being said, this property was equal parts fantastic & a nightmare. We stayed for 5 nights, & split it between 12 people. 3 of us checked in with the rest of our party coming in later at night. We were greeted by Adilia who showed us the whole property. She showed us the entire house, the security room and how to work the gate and intercom, the bungalow, the pool, and……

“We enjoyed our check in process and the gracious welcome from Leticia. She is a wonderful resource. The home is lovely and in a beautiful location. The pool was too cool to use much. The solar system wasn’t heating it all that well. The house had everything we needed and some really nice touches. Some basic things like shampoo and soap were not there so bring your own. This is a great base to explore the beautiful mountain towns, Poas Volcano, La Paz Waterfall Gardens, El Toledo Coffee……

“Our stay at this lovely home in Atenas, CR was wonderful. We especially enjoyed sitting on the lanai enjoying the beautiful view, mountain breezes, birds and chorus of cicadas. The house was very comfortable for our party of two adult couples. We felt surrounded by nature but very convenient to the still authentically Costa Rican town of Atenas. Many good restaurants in the area. Hope to return some day. ”

“Property wasn’t complete . Listing says AC in bedrooms . Only 2 of 3 had AC. Home could use a little personal touch . It was a nice enough house . Location is good . Didn’t care for the constant noise of the main road . Could have used some lamps and pool floats . Nice enough place .”
