“We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO rental in Costa Rica. The property was exactly as represented, with comfortable accommodations including a cozy master bedroom and living room area. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well-stocked, though visitors from the U.S. may notice the toilets are not quite as robust as back home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our home cooked meals.Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the incredible view. We enjoyed daily walks to the nearby……

“The room was excellent and the beach club was even better. The food and drinks were great. The servers made sure that you always had a drink when you wanted it. The infinity pools were amazing. Definitely a must book place when coming to Playas del Coco”

“Great location. Very close to the beach, restaurants and a small grocery store. The grounds and pool are very well maintained Why the low rating of 5/10? The condo had several problems. I had 4 phone conversations, 14 WhatsApp messages with the management company. 4 maintenance workers came to condo to do repairs over 3 days. Not all repairs were completed during my stay. -Sliding front glass door didn’t lock and screen door was broken -Downstairs bathroom window didn’t lock -Spider webs on……

“The good, bad and ugly (in reverse order)... The ugly: There is a HUGE construction site immediately adjacent to the unit, the outdoor terrace and pool. When the crew of almost 100 workers is onsite, any outdoor usage is impossible. The noise from heavy machines, hammering, shouting, sirens and trucks is horrible. Construction can be 7 days a week. It can also be more than 24 hours. We had the misfortune of our first night being that. Flood lights shone directly into the unit all night long.……

“We enjoyed our stay immensely. The penthouse affords the most relaxing and beautiful view. It is large with plenty of room. We cooked in every night, and Grethel even acquired us some fresh Mahi Mahi to grill and make ceviche. It was so delicious. Grethel is a pro, she found us a driver to Monteverde for a day as well. Just FYI, there is major construction going on directly next door, where they are using large equipment to scrape rock/grounds. Hopefully they will be done soon.”

“A great condo that's walkable to both the beach and town. A lovely pool area that is kept in immaculate condition. The condo is perfect for your Coco stay and the roof top terrace was the highlight of the condo! ”
