  • Come fall in love with PARADISE! One of the best parts of this private condo is the close proximity to the amazing Coco Beach! You are only a 5-6 minute walk to the beach and just a block from multiple restaurants and a mini market. No need to rent a car if you stay here, which will save you $$$ hundreds!

    This fully furnished beautiful 2 bedroom unit comes with a nice kitchen and plenty of comfy room to dine with friends and family. The custom hardwood pantry & cabinets offer a Costa Rican styled setting and a comfortable area to enjoy meals, or just relax after a day on the beach.

    Both bedrooms reside on the 2nd floor - the master has a comfortable king bed and the guest room has 2 nice twin beds. Maximum of 4 people please.

    The pool area comes complete with outdoor furniture, a small bar with counter space to prepare an afternoon snack, and an outdoor shower. The water depth is great for doing laps or lounging around on floaters if you prefer to swim just outside your front door.

We had a wonderful stay here! The pool at the property was amazing and the beach about a 5 minute walk away. The location is close to amenities but also secluded enough to be quiet and relaxing. We used this Playas del Coco condo as a base for all our tours throughout Guanacaste. It was clean and tidy, has a great pool and it was a short walk to the beach and to a variety of great eateries. All the neighbors were great too. I would absolutely recommend a stay here.

Perfect set up for our family of 3, even 2 full baths to make post beach/pool clean up faster! The pool was literally steps away and the beach a 5 minute walk , there was a convenience store and multiple restaurant options also within 5 minutes, area was safe and well kept, relaxed atmosphere and the best passion fruit margaritas at the beach! Great accommodations in a lovely area, no need to hesitate - book it!!

Beautiful condo and grounds. Great location also quick walk to the beach and to town. Melina was a wonderful resource for many things and even helped us in a medical emergency. Simple Condo with pool access & near the beach

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was in excellent condition, with a binder outlining not only things to know about the condo, but also recommendations for eating & activities. A very short walk to restaurants & the beach, so close to come back in between. Only complaint is that we didn't book a longer stay.

Nice two bedroom in great location

My family and I had a great time here. The condo is a short walk to the beach and an even shorter walk to several restaurants and a mini market. The pool is right outside the front door, which was very nice for cooling off on the hot days.
