“This property is in a guard gated property and check in was seemless. We were given the keys and the place was in great condition and the view was nice. Some of the bad things the door gets a little stuck on the floor when opening and the key lock you have to make sure you pull it tight in order to lock it. In the master bedroom one of the blinds to block out the sun does not work. You can bring it down but it does not go up. And the traffic you can hear it first thing in the morning so everyday……

“We loved the property. It was quiet and relaxing. The amenities, especially the infinity pool, were better than we could have asked for. The check in and check out instructions were clearly communicated and the property manager responded to any inquiries we had. Being close to Carara national park as well as Jaco made the location ideal. We especially enjoyed all of the wildlife we were able to see from our terrace and from walking around the property. We plan on returning.”

“As advertised, this place is gorgeous. We saw an abundance of wildlife and enjoyed the views and sunsets. Some of the beds in the basement need to be replaced, but the master and the main floor beds were comfortable. Loved the separate zones for AC. Could use some better pans and the coffee maker is awful. Make sure to give the names of everyone in your party to them prior to departure from the states. You can not pass the guard to get in without them all. Beautiful home great property and……

“Checking into the property was simple and good instructions were given. The property itself was great. It was spacious, had great amenities like a projector, a spacious bathroom, and even laundry in the apartment. One huge issue we (and our neighbors as well) had was that the advertised hot tub was empty and couldn't be used. This is a huge issue and false advertising that should be addressed by VRBO. The automated messages from the host made it seem like the hot tub was available and working.……

“Highly recommend!!!! This place (Serenity) is truly phenomenal and we could not have asked for better accommodations!!! The owner, Greg, and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The property is beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again! The property is gated and each unit has a private garage. We felt very safe. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub and the privacy was a plus! Cannot say enough good things about this place!!!”

“Common area is OK, pool needs to be redone as there’s paint chipping throughout. The people who work here are very nice, the food is good. The actual unit is in terrible shape. Would not recommend. Put together shotty. Paint and cement chips throughout the balcony and no seating on the balcony, furnishings are cheap laminate, bathroom has mold in the shower, and doors to the shower and to the bathroom itself don’t close because of poor installation, no stove, and outside of building is under……
