"The house is all you can expect and gives more than you need. A great place to spend your first days in Costa Rica, before we start to travel the country. Great and fast communication with the owner and staff. Very helpful with every question we had. We are happy that we can end our holiday at this location as well."

"We had a nice time. Key takeaways: this location would be best in the dry season. No heating or cooling and no screens on windows. Fireplace is extremely smoky, you will smell like you were camping. The wood is also very damp and hard to light and keep going. Very friendly staff. Grounds are beautiful when the sun is out. No real hot water, we had to heat water on the stove since the hot water was only a few degrees warmer than the cold. Bed was very comfortable and had a fluffy blanket on it...

"The house was well maintained and comfortable (we didn't spend a lot of time there, but the kitchen was well appointed, beds were comfortable) and the location was perfect for hiking Volcan Barva and starting our CR trip. The only issue we had was with the management company, Vacasa, who didn't communicate our arrival to the house manager, but otherwise it was perfect."

"I stayed a couple of nights with friends, we only wanted a place to talk, play board games, cook some food and relax. This property was perfect for all that, with plenty of sitting areas. The bathroom was very nice, with plenty of space for large groups. The property was very clean and with a nice view.
