“No reception and property is not maintained properly”

“Absolutely amazing stay at Marala Hotel! We booked their best Premium Suite, and it was 100% worth the splurge. The property is gorgeous, peaceful, beautifully maintained, and made our Costa Rica trip feel extra special. The suite itself was incredible and absolutely lived up to the premium experience. One tip: having a car in Costa Rica is a must! We had a 4WD truck, which made exploring so much easier and gave us the freedom to go wherever we wanted. Beautiful property, incredible suite, and……

“This place was amazing. We had some trouble finding the house our first night (it was after dark and our cell phones completely lost service). We ended up driving back to the little bar/restaurant at the beginning of the peninsula and everyone was so nice and helpful. While I was contacting our host, one of the bartenders was calling neighbors to meet us on the road and direct us to the house. Everyone was so nice, friendly and helpful. We went into Parrita the next morning for groceries and got……
