「Staff was kind」

It's been one of the greatest places, that I've ever been, with no hesitation I'll book back again, fast check in, clean beds, very attentive staff when it comes to get in and get out of the hostel, everything was just great thanks a lot!」

「The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by how excellent the interior was. There are several common areas including a full kitchen and all are well maintained and well thought out. Very beautiful.」

「I have no idea how In The Wind Hostel gets good ratings. Maybe mostly men stay here and avoid the brunt of it, but as a solo female traveler, this was hands down the worst hostel experience I’ve ever had.  The owner’s behavior was unhinged. He has a scary pattern of going from 0 to 100 out of nowhere, flying off the handle, and then snapping right back to a weird 0 like nothing happened. 「地理位置好，走路可达市中心所有景点。前台非常热情友好，酒店餐厅也不错，早餐丰富美味。免费升级了房间，超级nice。强烈推荐」

「10pm was the cut off time for checking in. Got there right before 8pm, and had to wait almost 30 minutes outside before someone came and opened the door. Air conditioner was missing a remote to operate. Went out for dinner, and found out we didn’t have the key to come back into the property. The toilet was not working. They knew it was two of us there, and they gave us only one towel. I won’t be staying there again」

「We arrived and the place look abandoned and trashed. It does not exist anymore. No one there, the phones are not answered and we couldn’t stay at this place」

「Muy buena Quiero ver si es posible la devolución de dinero de la tercera persona que no ocupo el lugar」

「Excelente hostal」

「 Muy buen servicio y el personal muy buena atención y está muy cercas de todos los servicios 」

「This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket.」
